Quick-OFFICE will completley integrate into production on the IBM System i (AS/400, iSeries, I5, Power i).

Your graphically designed letters are stored in the IFS directories in DOC, PDF or HTML formats.

Quick-OFFICE allows you the choice of destination tray, management of recto / verso and the insertion of PJL commands.
The printing functions are in the form of commands: your application programmes can include them.
The data for your letter taken from DB2 come either from your pre-selection, or from an SQL request made at the time of printing.

E-Mailing

Your letters are sent, either by your e-mail solution (Outlook, Notes...), or by your SMTP server.
